1. Made-to-Order & Non-Returnable Policy

Because each garment is made-to-order, customized, or tailored specifically for you, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations after an order has been placed. All sales are final.

2. Post-Purchase Alteration Service

We believe in providing an impeccable fit that flatters the true essence of the modern woman. While we do not accept returns or exchanges, we are always here to help you achieve the perfect fit:

  • We are pleased to offer complimentary basic alterations for up to 90 days after your purchase as part of our signature Post-Purchase Service.
  • For custom sizing fits or alteration requests, please email us at aylinstuudio@gmail.com to coordinate the adjustment details with our contemporary studio space.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a product that has been damaged during transit or possesses a genuine manufacturing defect, we will gladly arrange a replacement or exchange for you.

  • Reporting Damage: You must report any damage or defect within 48 hours of receiving the delivery by emailing us at aylinstuudio@gmail.com with clear Opening Video of the Package of the damage along with your order number.
  • Condition for Exchange: The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with its original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exclusions: Please note that natural variations in handloom weaves, textures, and handcrafted elements are unique characteristics of artisanal clothing and do not qualify as damages or defects. Damage resulting from improper washing (non-compliance with our Dry Clean Only instruction) is strictly excluded from exchange eligibility.
