Customer Care Executive
Location: Kakkanad, Kochi (In-Office / Hybrid) | Type: Full-Time
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Managing large amounts of incoming customer calls, emails, and social media queries.
- Keeping track of orders and systematically communicating order updates and shipping status to our customers.
- Assisting clients with custom tailoring and sizing queries by seamlessly coordinating with our internal production team.
- Identifying and carefully assessing customer needs to ensure they achieve complete satisfaction with their experience.
Social Media Manager
Location: Kakkanad, Kochi / Remote Friendly | Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our business goals.
- Create beautiful, original content for all social media channels that remains deeply consistent with our "eye-soothing" brand tone and marketing strategy.
- Build, structure, and optimize new performance campaigns within Facebook Ads Manager.
- Track website traffic and ad campaign performances daily, executing appropriate adjustments to maximize conversion.
- Design aesthetic layouts and write engaging copy for email marketing newsletters.
- Plan Instagram posts, cultivate feed aesthetics, and manage promotions, boosts, and community engagements.
- Provide detailed data analysis and recurring metric reporting regarding ad performance.
